Contributions made through this website are intended to support the development of the PONETIC Electric Generator. These contributions are not investments, purchases, or deposits.

By making a contribution, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contribution supports research, development, and prototyping efforts
• Contributions do not guarantee delivery of a finished product
• Timelines for product development are estimates and subject to change
• Refund eligibility is subject to our refund policy outlined below
• Contributors do not receive equity, ownership, or investment returns

3. Founding Supporter Program

Founding Supporters who contribute to PONETIC may receive certain perks including exclusive updates on development, early access to product testing, priority notification when PONETIC becomes available, and a $100 credit toward the purchase of their first PONETIC generator unit. These perks are offered in good faith and are contingent upon the successful development and commercial availability of the PONETIC product. Perks are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

4. Product Information

All product descriptions, specifications, images, and performance claims on this Site represent our current development goals and engineering targets. The PONETIC Electric Generator is currently in development. Final product specifications, features, and capabilities may differ from those described on this Site. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of specific product performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the PONETIC name and branding, are the property of Inventors LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
